site's usability and the online customer
experience.

Plus, if you have requested it:
An overview of your competitors' web sites
(up to three, selected by you). NB: there is an
extra cost for this - see Competitors page.

The document will be emailed in MS Word format. Also available as hard copy or on disk on request.
